To design effective HR strategies and recruitment plan according to the company business development, and recruit right candidates at an appropriate timing;

Profile
•
More than 5 years' experience in HR, abundant experience with organizational structure design, HR strategies, talent recruitment and development, creation of compensation packages, performance evaluation, job training, personnel career development, and other areas of HR;
•
Familiar with China labor law and relevant regulations, has experience on Labor Law case is preferred;
•
Solid knowledge in various local labor practices throughout China
•
Good command of both oral and written English;
•
Good knowledge in Microsoft applications;
•
Mature, independent, opened-minded with excellent interpersonal skills;
•
Team spirit, fast learning, good working attitude, capable and willing to work under pressure, good communicator;
•
Previous work experience in medium or large foreign company is a plus.

Responsible for maintaining and circulating Placement related news/ reports to all the centres in India.

Responsible for continuously monitoring/ reviewing and up grading the Placement policy for the benefit of the organization as well as centres in India.
