Enterprise Learning Solutions provides high-end, cutting edge technology courses to large corporates and working professionals who aim at enhancing their skill sets and building their careers. Another main function of this division is to identify and analyse gaps in the skills of the employees and tailor-make courses that would suit their requirements  both in terms of cost-effectiveness and knowledge acquisition in a shorter time.

This division is into rendering OEM training services through major IT companies like HP, IBM, ORACLE & REDHAT.

Non-OEM services offer customized products to large corporates which are away from me-too kind of technologies and focused on niche technologies such as software testing, g=high end developer tools, datawarehousing, disaster recovery, storage area networks etc.

IIHT currently owns 10 high-end enterprise learning centers throughout India which shall be increased to 15 within the next year.

 This team comprises of professionals who are identified and picked up from the industry with relevant skills on IT Infrastructure Management. These professionals are trained on strategies and methodologies needed to train large corporates. IIHT's mandate is that these trainers obtain certification standards, which elevates them to a status of "Certified Trainers".

These trainers are trained to handle different training techniques that would add value to the entire training process. IIHT deploys its trainers on-site to provide round the clock training support to its clients. Here, our trainers are involved in customizing the contents of the training to suit the requirement of our clients. Training is imparted to corporates of varied hierarchy. It is therefore important to tailor-make a training program. That is customized, industry-relevant, and that suits the needs of our clients.
